Welcome to Ronto! By using this AI character social application, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. What the App Does

Ronto lets you chat with AI-generated characters.

You can create custom AI Personas by:

Uploading an avatar or image

Selecting personality traits or tags

Entering a nickname or description

Conversations are simulated and generated by AI, not real people.

2. Who Can Use Ronto

You must be 18 years or older (or meet the legal age of digital consent in your region).

You must be legally allowed to agree to these terms.

3. Your Account

Provide accurate registration details.

Keep your password secure and private.

You are responsible for everything done under your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

When you upload or create content (avatars, names, descriptions, tags, etc.):

You keep ownership of your original content.

You give us a license to use it in order to run and improve the App.

You promise your content:

Does not break laws

Does not copy or infringe on others’ rights

Does not include harmful, violent, or explicit material

We may remove or moderate content that violates these rules.

5. AI Conversations

All responses come from artificial intelligence models.

AI characters may produce unpredictable, fictional, or unrealistic outputs.

Do not rely on the AI for medical, financial, or legal advice.

Use the App for entertainment and social exploration only.

6. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

Use the App for illegal or abusive activities

Create personas impersonating real people without consent

Upload offensive, explicit, or hateful material

Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App

7. Privacy & Data

We collect limited information to provide the service:

Your interactions and inputs (e.g., chats, tags, character settings)

Technical data (device type, usage logs, app version)

Optional profile preferences

8. Intellectual Property

The App, software, design, and AI systems belong to the Ronto team.

You may not reuse or resell any part of the App outside personal use.

You may share your experiences for fun, but you may not claim AI content as entirely your own creation.

9. Changes

We may update features, rules, or this Agreement at any time.

Updates take effect when posted inside the App.

Continuing to use the App means you accept the changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Emotional impact of AI conversations

Loss of content or interruptions

Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Ending Use

You can stop using Ronto anytime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules.

Content and settings may be deleted if your account is terminated.
